Command the War for Ancient Gaul
SPQR is a turn-based conquest strategy game for iOS. Wage a campaign across 31 provinces of ancient Gaul — reinforce, attack, and move like a lightweight Risk, with a fixed historical map and an empire that actually fights back.
One free village still holds out. Rome owns the rest. Whether you defend the Gauls or crush resistance as the legions, every turn is a choice: press the attack, secure a region bonus, or funnel troops before Caesar answers.
Built for mobile strategy fans who want offline play, sharp AI, and a comic-book presentation — parchment, ink, gold UI, and a hand-painted map of Armorica, Belgica, Lugdunensis, Aquitania, and Narbonensis.

How a Turn Works
Learn in minutes. Master on Hard.
- Reinforce — spend cauldrons to place warriors in connected provinces. Isolated pockets cannot be restocked until you reconnect them.
- Attack — invade adjacent Roman camps. Your attack budget depends on difficulty (up to 4 on Easy, 2 on Hard).
- Move — redeploy troops along friendly borders to prepare the next push or shore up a threatened front.
- End turn — Rome reinforces, attacks, and moves. Survive the reply, then push again until Gaul is free — or the village falls.
